The company is seeking an automation workflow developer/planner, who is experienced in using Esko software (Automation Engine + WebCenter) to develop and liaise with clients on the automated workflow within the company’s production team.

Virtual interviews will commence as appropriate in the first instance.

Job Summary:

As the automated solution architect, you will be experienced in using ESKO Automation Engine and setting up entire workflows from scratch. You will be able to hit the ground running in order to support the artwork and production teams to develop and troubleshoot the existing workflows. The studio is fast-paced therefore experience in developing workflows in a fast-paced environment is required. You will also be liaising directly with our global retail clients.

– To develop, plan and troubleshoot the highly comprehensive workflows for the artwork and production teams.

– To obtain the required information in order to understand how the artwork and production teams operate and thereby improve the workflows in the future.

– To recommend, monitor and test appropriate automation workflows which will enhance the business.

– To assist the Head of Artwork, and the Technical and Production Manager in regard to appropriate tasks assigned to this project.

– To troubleshoot and assist both clients and internal stakeholders in using the workflows.

– Provide regular training to clients and internal team members.

– Manage the users and settings in the workflows.

Job Skills and qualifications:

– Experience in using Esko software, in particular, the ESKO Automation Engine and WebCenter is absolutely essential.

– 3-4 years of setting up automated workflows from scratch is essential.

– FMCG packaging experience is desirable.

– Recommending automated workflows in fast-paced environments is desirable.

– Knowledge of packaging artwork and associated printing technologies.

– Good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.

– Demonstration of precision and excellent attention to detail.
