Project Executive – German language skills required

This is an amazing opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Administrator looking for a Project based role.  This role offers the opportunity to work on high profile accounts within the organisation which requires excellent communication skills in both German and English, previous experience within Project Management would be highly beneficial but not essential. The successful candidate will have the ability to administer a number of projects working within a highly successful and fast growing, medium-sized international organisation. Fluency in German is required to at least A-level/professional standard. Overall responsibility

 

To support a Senior Account/Project Manager and in time manage and run your own projects from concept to delivery.

 

To own and manage the entire project from taking the initial brief from the client to obtaining approval to release the project to the client, working closely with the internal Design and Artwork teams to facilitate the production of packaging for our clients.

 

Responsible for ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard and to deadline.

Account/Project Manager

The company is seeking to recruit an experienced Account/Project Manager in order to service the company’s US and German clients.  Fluency in German; writing and speaking is essential.  Interviews will initially take place virtually.

 

Location: Purley/remote working available via a rota system

 

Hours/temp/perm: Permanent or FTC role/40 hours per week

 

Salary: Dependant on skills/experience

 

As an account/project manager, you will be responsible for the administration and running of your own accounts and projects.  You will have a high-level of experience in all aspects of project management ideally within the FMCG arena.  You will be commercially astute and able to hit deadlines whilst managing your own workload.  You will be liaising between the client and the company’s internal design, artwork and production teams ensuring a smooth process of delivering projects and accountable for building, developing and maintaining important client relationships.

Senior Account/Project Manager – German language skills required

This is an amazing opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Senior Account/Project Manager who has at least 5 years project management experience. This role offers the opportunity to work on high profile brands within the organisation which require excellent project management skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to take on a number of projects independently, will demonstrate efficiency and resilience and will ideally have the experience of managing projects within the creative industry. German language skills is essential. Some line management responsibility may be required.

 

Overall responsibility:

 

Responsible for the administration and running of accounts, projects and complete brands, and for maintaining long-standing client relationships as well as building and maintaining strong internal relationships across the company.

 

To own and independently manage a large number of projects and/or complete brands (at times 100 – 200 SKU’s) from taking the initial brief from the client to obtaining approval to release the project to the client, working closely with the internal Design, Retouching, Artwork and Quality Control teams to facilitate the production of packaging for our clients.

 

Have detailed knowledge of all your brands and your brand guidelines, and ensure consistency of design and production across all product packaging and outer cases within the brands.

Be able to confidently advise clients on timelines for the design and artwork process, the requirements for branded and own-label packaging and the details of specific client (brand) guidelines. Have complete and detailed knowledge of our clients’ corporate, barcode, nutritional declaration and sustainability guidelines.

– Experience within a print and design environment would be highly advantageous but not essential.

– Some marketing or branding experience would be highly beneficial.

– Experience of dealing with a German client base is essential.

– You must be articulate, have an excellent telephone manner, and proven communication skills dealing with clients over the phone or in writing in both German and English.

– Self-motivated, highly organised, able to manage time-lines and meet constant deadlines.

– You must demonstrate a passion for building strong working relationships.

– Some experience of managing a range of projects from design through to print ready artwork would be beneficial.

Artworker

Job Summary:

 

As a packaging artworker, you will be experienced in packaging artwork and print technologies.  You will be able to hit deadlines within an extremely faced paced art studio, whilst providing international packaging artworks produced to the highest standard.

 

Overall Responsibility:

 

Create and adapt packaging artworks correctly, efficiently and to meet all requirements of the brief.

 

Create new packaging artworks including labels, boxes, sleeves, foils, tubes, lids and outer cases for various different print processes.

 

Under own supervision create new files respecting the requirement for different print technologies.

 

Responsible for the collation of artworks for release (print data).

 

To carry out simple colour separation work to a satisfactory standard under supervision.

 

Responsible for making mock-ups as required.

 

Thoroughly check all artwork before releasing it to the Project Account Manager or other internal staff.

 

To make changes on already existing artworks as required.

 

To display good knowledge of the Adobe suite.

 

To assist other members of the artwork department as required.

 

Continue to learn and improve knowledge of packaging print technologies and how to prepare files accordingly.

 

Work closely with members of the production and account management teams to identify efficiencies and process improvements.
