Getting to Know Franziska Seifarth: A Fresh Perspective on Packaging

Six months into her journey at T&T, Franziska Seifarth is already at the heart of the action. Having previously worked on the retailer side, she brings a fresh perspective – one shaped by years of experience but still discovering the magic behind the scenes.

“What really drew me in,” she says, “was seeing how much thought, creativity, and detail goes into packaging. You don’t always see that when you’re on the retailer side.”

From Tourism to Retail to T&T

Franziska’s path into the industry wasn’t a straight line. After studying Business Management with a focus on tourism and events, she spent several years in the travel sector before joining Lidl UK. Over 11 years, she built a strong foundation in buying operations, eventually stepping into an Assistant Team Manager role – experience that now underpins her calm, structured approach at T&T.

As an Account Manager, her role is all about connection and coordination. “I speak to clients, designers, artworkers – pretty much everyone, every day,” she explains. “You’re guiding projects from the initial brief through to final artwork, making sure everything stays on track.”

That end-to-end visibility is what she enjoys most: “Seeing the full journey – from concept to finished product – is really rewarding.”

A Standout Project

One highlight so far has been the redesign of Jupiter, a Finnish bicycle brand. Up to that point, she had mostly been working with our client ALDI, so seeing a new retailer and product category, was very interesting for her. “It was exciting to work on something completely different,” she says.

“I got to see more of the creative thinking and how ideas evolve – and especially the client’s reaction when the designs were revealed.”

Mastering Organisation

With around 40 projects on the go at any one time, Franziska has quickly learned the value of structure. “Staying organised is everything,” she says. Tools like Core – T&T’s project management system – help keep everything moving seamlessly, ensuring teams stay aligned and deadlines are met.

Beyond the Studio

Outside of work, Franziska swaps timelines for travel and pages. A self-confessed book lover, she reads around 55 books a year and quickly joined T&T’s Book Club. She’s also lived in San Francisco, where she worked in tourism and explored across California and Nevada.

If she could choose her next destination, it would be Japan. “It would be incredible to spend a year there – exploring the culture, the food, and using it as a base to discover more of Asia.”

In short: Franziska brings structure, curiosity, and energy to every project – keeping things moving, connecting the dots, and making complex processes feel seamless.
